There is a base cost for what the n h s offers of about 12 thousand for a transwoman. As hormons, you might pay hundred pounds a month for a private consultant. So going, yes, you pobably have to mortgage your life to get it. But oh my gosh, i feel so sorry for people who are then funy by having to spend a whole load more. It's same as any other financial product. And therefore i look very, very carefully at any sort of payment plans and make sure you read all the small print.
