The Bullishness of the Home Builders Market

I've been negative since November 2021 when the Fed announced um that they were going to start to raise rates twice last year and we've talked about this but I want to bring it up if you could pull up an S&P chart there were two times last year where we were resoundingly bullish. What's caught me off guard is the subsequent move since the middle December late December into January and I say it all the time yeah I've been wrong with that without question.
