Centralizing or Decentralizing?
Lindsey: I view a centralized model where you have a marketing ope team that kind of owns the majority of campaign execution. Marketing technology, um, lead management, m and then works with stake holders via like a request based or ticket base execution system. So those requests coming into marketing ops, and then marketing ops goes ahead om, builds them and executes in a decentralized model. He: There are certain things that i really n uncomfortable letting people outside of our corps team control things,. But i think there's a lot of other opportunitiesto allow others intote into these systems and what not. It may be a little more flexible, am of a way.
