Is It Another Touch Point?

This is preme running just emal only. We noticed our span rates were going up tremendously from just receiving bed emales over and over and over again. And i knew i wanted that data quickly. So, yes, is it another touch point? Does it make sense? I don't have the hard facts to give you yes or no say one way or the other.
