The National Defense Authorization Act and the NDAA

The legislation is likely to be passed by the Senate and the House. It'll be signed by Joe Biden sometime in December. The clock starts on companies that might have information about this non-Earth technology, says Dr Sean Kirkpatrick. And it suggests implicitly that if they don't come forward with this information, there could very well be criminal or civil action taken against private aerospace companies who do not honour their statutory obligation under proposed bill.
