The Virtue of Fleshliness

When Paul talks about flesh, he's talking about I always like to put it in terms of weakness. It's it's weakness both in a mortal sense in the fact that our our bodies are dying and so we are mortally weak but also morally weak. And what these Judaizers are doing is trying to use the flesh to restrain the flesh. They're missing out on something so good. You're not in bondage, but you keep putting these fleshly regulations on in order to restrain thelesh. That's just this vicious cycle of fleshliness that doesn't bring about the freedom and the life that God as you said that God wants you to have.
