The Million Dollar HDB in Singapore

There are enough homes for all of us in the country, just not in the areas that we all want to be. In those hot areas, there's a small supply of HDB flights that everybody wants to live in and so the prices get pushed up. But at the same time, you can have very low price or very modestly price, HDB flights in very far outlying parts of Singapore that a lot of people don't want to live in. And so that's actually the problem here. So affordability is not so much a problem of, I cannot find any housing in Singapore anywhere. It's not where do I want to live?
