The Law Strengthens Sin
The moment you tell people they can't do it, something inside of them says, bless God, I am going to do it. If you make prohibition and said that you can't have alcohol, all of a sudden, man, it just went wild. The reason God gave the law was to make that sin rise to the surface so that you would quit being deceived of thinkingyou could overcome sin on your own.
