The Importance of Trust in ETFs
A Bitcoin trust is a bad thing because grayscale has been such a failed product. This structure would go under the 1933 act, which is a little less regulatory than 40 acts more like for mutual funds. So even though they're both trust, I get my people are kind of skeptical, but no need to be. It's an ETF. Sometimes people call them ETPs or ETVs because they're not technically a fund, but they're in theETF umbrella. They're going to work like one. this is the real deal.
