The Importance of Having a Good User Experience
Perman: There is perhaps a global responsibility for people in our trade, maybe. No code means more than needed code and there's environmental considerations to go with that. The bad user experience, you know, really thinking about that so that your client isn't just getting some sort of cookie cutter site,. But they're getting something which really makes their business work. Perman: I've redefined the web designer's job for me as not somebody who creates the website but as the person who helps that client through technology communicate with an audience out there.
