I Think It's Just a Lot of Rotation

There's been a lot of rotation taking place in the stock market. Some people are bottom feeding and nibbling at tech names that used to be trading at 30 times forward earnings. The housing market is on record pace, with applications for new homes now more than double what they were three months ago. We'll see how this all plays out over the next few weeks.
