Globalization Can Be Done Brilliantly
It is interesting to reflect on globalization, which is often sold as a thing that efficiency brings. Often what that means is if you're in a smaller market like Australia, you've got to feed in these local insights into a global team of bureaucrats who are going to kind of weed out all the tension. I think it's tricky because every bone in my body wants to just agree and go, yep, that's how it is. There are some amazing global campaigns, and there are examples of great, well, I won't reel them off, great Matt Donald's global campaign. It can be done.
