I used to weigh a lot more than I weigh now. Getting from 215 to 185 is harder than getting from 400 pounds or whatever it was, 215. It's amazing what you're talking about. We all have our version of the eating, whatever,. Or the sleeping in, or the being lazy, or not having a hard conversation. Everybody has that final 5%. The final 10%, that seems to be the most difficult. You make some progress and then you stall out. That is absolutely a part of my story and anybody's story. we're all vulnerable to good starts and fast being derailed and such.
