Todd: This is the I think harder hard to find a more Lacanian section of the book that like yeah absolutely. The individual ends up running into a problem and this is what the same problem that Kant runs into with with reason in critique of pure reason, he turns away from it. Hegel's entire point was that every scientific experiment is actually looking for the truth of subjectivity because that's what reason does so we're gonna do spirit where he begins with the collective but this section begins with the individual.
