Are We Going to Have a 20 %, 30 % Increase?
Inflation was massive. In some places, inflation was like nearing 12 %. The second thing that happened is, i quite a lot of really large tech companis stocks crashed and their packages r comprised pretty largely, actually, of irasus. All those things cant of crent this perfect storm where salary is really ballooned. And do i think we're going to see a repeat of that? Look, probably not. I think it's pretty clear that there's some kind of recession that's happening at the moment. However, one thing i would like us to about is like being prepared for thinking about salaries before it becomes crunch time.
