Marketing industry has done a good job of communicating the core messages about how to handle communications during a recession. I don't think we've ever handled it well before, says John Defterios. We're looking at a close to half 40, 45% maintain, 20% increase, 35 decrease. That's pretty decent given that most people will be facing less demand and more constraint.
