Back in the 90s they had articles and the big magazines, well known magazines at the time about the end of war. They did say that if there was no war, how would these same organizations that make the weapons, for instance, what would they do? Well they explained that they're already turning and turned away into mass surveillance. The public were totally unaware of it, and they're routing a lot of people's phones all over the place,. There were been spied on a long time ago, spied on, then they mentioned, oh it's just black boxes and so on... It won't stop, because it's too lucrative, and governments start to lose their traction
