I think shipping is probably the most important thing an engineering organization can do. When you combine with product and engineering together, I think if they were 80% oriented towards just continually shipping stuff, the other 20% is going to make up for that. After that, I think there's a lot more. But that first step, I can't underestimate that. And for me, we're in the product hat.
