All kinds of factors of production have been idled, set aside. Money circulating in the form of the social wage through the state depends on a certain legitimacy that's determined by any number of social actors but certainly not by popular, democratic agreement. That then this churn of unused or idle labor land money, capital throws already existing institutions deeper crisis.
