When Do You Think About Selling Sites?

When do you sell? When do you think about selling? You've got this huge site. It's doing really, really well. You've also got a bunch of other sites. I just want to get your opinions on strategically how to maybe think through and walk through holding a site for the long term versus preparing it to sell.
