Sydney Holmes - Is There a Plan?
In the state of Florida, Mr. Holmes is actually not eligible under the state statute for compensation because he has a prior recordPrior to this wrongful conviction that he served 34 years for a crime he didn't commit. There's a bill going through the legislature right now that would actually change that and make somebody like Sydney and others eligible for compensation. It's insane. It's crazy. Like I said in a series of tragedies in this case. In years to come, I hope this tragedy don't happen to another person at the age of 22."
