The other way to assess muscular endurance is take the exact strength test you did from the talk five minutes ago. Load that to 75% and then do that for as many repetitions as you can. That's going to tell you, is this a muscular endurance problem or is this an absolute strength problem? Under 80% of the one repetition maximum isn't very good. What about aerobic capacity? You either have to go to a laboratory and do something like a windgate test. This is a 30 second maximal test where you're going to see how much work can you possibly do in that 30 seconds.
