Dog Fooding - What Advice Do You Have for People Who Are Just Starting Out?
The biggest thing I think helped me break out quicker was I started out kind of dog fooding but got away from it pretty quick. It's a common like great place to start advice like using your own product, being your own customer all that stuff but once that flip switched of like the value is subjective it's not about how I value it and seeing like he talked about that water filtration company that a referral to them was like worth 10 million dollars just blew my mind. That getting added dog food mode and realizing I'm not building the product for me anymore I'm not built and it's like the customers I'm talking to are not me. Those are the biggest like unlocks for
