In at least 84 cases, individuals tied to those police service stations overseas have effectively assisted the Chinese authorities back home in illegal clandestine operations. These are not allegations made by safeguard defenders or based on testimonials. This is what the authorities in China say these stations are doing. And we have found express evidence that this is among their tasks.
