Long term I would say two things. One everything needs to be experienced with experiential and understanding that's always my approach. And what's going to change our thinking understanding and clarity of our thinking because we do all kinds of stuff that is messed up thinking cognitively dissonant for those people who know what that. So, so, so 10 to 15 minutes twice a day that's all you need to do. It just turns the ship aroundBecause it expands the capacity and it balances the fighter flight stuff out.
