I used to dismiss mindfulness outright I put it sort of in the same bucket is like toxic positivity, right. Well, we're recording this show and traditional meditation or mindfulness practices have never served me well. But that doesn't mean I'm not practicing those things. And think about when these mindfulness teachers talk they emphasize two things. They emphasize curiosity and curiosity in the moment. So that's what I focus on, and not about doing it all the time.
