Veronica's Killing

Warrell told miller he had killed two female hitchhawkers while in the air force. One was a messy stabbing with blood spurting everywhere and the other by bashing her head in with a rock. Miller wasn't sure whether or not to believe warrel about the hitchhawkers, but seeing what he had just done to veronica, he was terrified. When warrell demanded he help move veronica's body, miller was too scared to say no. They struggled to lift her out of the car and into the paddock, but eventually managed to drag her over the fence and dump her body under some bushes. Warrell said he'd write to veronica and then kill her
