I'm Afraid of Net Working

i'm an introver in a sense. I come across this very outgoing, but for me, talking with people drains my energy. And so net working is really difficult for me. It's something i actively have to choose to do. But why? There really two reasons i'm afraid of net working. The first being, ye is a woman, i do get hit on in professional settings, and i don't appreciate that. We want to feel safe in a safe space where we simply just talk about work or about our technical skills. Once you start gaining a following, people look at you differently. They treat you differently. You all of a suddent want to be your friend
