The Relationship Between Church and State Augustinian Radicalism

I think if I could go back in time I would use a different term because it's not really Augustinian right. Well called the Augustinian because a lot of the people who follow this view like to quote Augustine and their view is that basically temporal power is bad It belongs to the city of man and coercion and violence are essentially sinful. So the Christian has to be a pacifist and an anarchist be against any kind of state coercion or violence. And try to follow as literally as possible the Sermon on the Mount and that's the way to go for Christians.
