Stu: It's not a matter of what the athlete has done three, four, five, seven days prior or one day prior. The key is that you've got to go back a number of weeks and sometimes it could be a couple of months. As your loading cycles go up, your risk goes up in the same proportion as how many times someone hits the ground. But when your magnitude goes up, it's actually more of a power relationship or you can do the exponential. Your risk goes up exponentially as your magnitude going up.
