How Do You Stay in the Pattern of Magic?
Metter and frader share their tips for staying in the pattern of magic whatever life throws at us. Metter says he doesn't have a daily practice any more these days, having locked himself into such a rigid pattern that it was hard to pull out of. Frader: Most of my practice to day really is with the land, with the spirits that i contactit. I think sometimes spirits might actually laugh at us or ridicule us when they see how hard we make it as human beings to be in touch with them.
