i think we cannot wait for unanimity to change e rule of unanimity. At some point we need to have a sub set of countries, ideally including the largest country. I very much hope that most of the 27 countries that are currently members of the european union will join. But probably what will happon is that at least for a certain number of years, some countries will choosetoo remain from this mechanism. And i would also like britain to come back.
