What Do Leaders Need?

Culture starts with understanding our values and how they apply, as well as our tenets. Richard yo enothing else to add to how our learnig development is evolved, unless fears. You know, from my observation, i've seen it transformed from what i would call a kind of learner driven to kind of focus needs around the business. So it's not just individual decietin, oh, i need this, and it's going to make me a better leader. But there's a lot more intentionality about the types of things that leaders need at this trajectory and this kind of time in the company.
