Sage: Why did nobody say, ok, i want to dramatically cut my prices. It almost seems like everybody just decided, we're going to keep our prices exactly the same and not go into that. Northeaster moved up the rankings by looking like other universities further up the pecking order. That's why there is really no incentive to being cheaper, to looking different.
