I'm really disappointed at how much as a field we are having to fight for something more than one year project funding. We've got to step up as a generation like never before. My advice would be twofold: This is going to take everything you've got, and working in a way that makes you deeply uncomfortable. There's no other work I've ever done that brings joy and as much satisfaction as breaking through into the next part of the blueprint. But once you're in that it's incredible. It's the hardest thing I've ever did but there's so many places you could go to make justice happen. You can't just magic this out of nowhere.
