How to Measure the Effectiveness of a Company's Cybersecurity Program
There are tools out there now that allow us to look at third party vendors specifically through questionnaires and other feedbacks so they can actually participate in the process of collecting data. Companies like CyberGRX, WISTIC have tools and platforms in place that allow me as a CISO or me as procurement to go out and vet those third parties. I'm a big believer in partnering with the organization, people and groups inside the organization to get my job done.
