Thousands upon thousands were arrested under this law of suspects. One of these prisoners was a man named louis sa according to notes taken by his jailers, he was five feet six inches tall. He had spent almost a third of his life in jail. But now, at the age of 54, it seemed he'd finally come to the end of his rope. Day after agonizing day passed as he waited for the moment of his execution.
