LZ Granderson: One of the things that really is a challenge for many people who lead and I know I've struggled within the past two is having the courage. He says when someone does something well or exceeds expectations, it's not just ignored. LZ: When someone doesn't meet expectations you have to confront them in a way that says, Hey, I'm paying attention and you missed the ball on this. And I need, and I really need you to correct this."
