The Future of House Prices
There's a quiet property boom that's occurred in cities over the last 12 months, says John Defterios. If it is the case that house prices aren't going to be insane in the future, then I don't think that's something we should be mourning. But if you have just moderate growth, plus juice up a little bit of leverage, you end up doing really well as an investment without all the drama. Those numbers do not suggest to me that people are having a mass exodus from cities.
