Are Standardized Tests Really Useful in Primary Schools?
Standardised tests can tell you whether pupils fit on a continuum. They are really useful, even though they're limited in reading and maths. But it's very hard to find a standardized test in history or art for example. There is an aspect of just your general aptitude towards test taking as a primary school child. As long as you're careful about the results you've got, then they can be useful.
