i don't think it's possible to protect yourself against getting this disease in the long run. If you live your life focused on simply infection control, you're gong to impose great costin yourself and others. I very strongly recommend people get the vaccine, especially if you 're old or invulnerable. It's better, tom, to have the vaccine first and then get the disease, than the other way around.
