How Much Do You Need to Eat to Lose Weight?

To lose weight, i recommend a moderately aggressive calory of about 20 %. May be as high as 25%. Anything larger than that can cause unwonted side effects associated with starvation diting. Once you have your calories worked out, the next thing is your macenutrients. It's time to turn those calories into protein, carbs and fat targets.
