How Do You Kick Off the Integration Process?
We do that cross functional kick off before the deal closes, but we'll also do a kick off with the acquired leadership. At a lastan we have meetings. You are going to partner up with someone. We're going to idengtify the goals together. I don't think we have any cases now where there isn't at least two or three people providing continuity walking through erintegration process.
