Do You Think You Shouldn't Delegate Well?

Some people, they don't delegate well. They continue to do certain things and they think they can do better,. And they end up doing those things. So, they really sometimes have to get some help to see to see this is something that's on your past. You shouldn't be doing that anymore. That doesn't make sense for you as a president, as a VP to do that.
