i think some of these musical um can feel a little canned. The sound is, like, it's so perfected in the studios that you lose the humanity of the human voice and the character. No one can copy barbara qotin court impression or straandfi impression. People want to experience something like the little mermaid - they want what they remember. I saw an understudy who was lovely and great and good at the part,. but itut was not a stage super star.
