Is There a High Protein Diet That Will Elevate Creatine Levels?

The conventional dietary changes are totally opposite what someone needs to do to retain good muscle mass as one ages and they seem to promote higher glucose levels over time which we know will lead to diabetes. A high protein diet will elevate creatinine levels. There's nothing pathological about that all that it is is also increased exercise will elevate creat in a minute. If there is something that has happened to our kidneys to your point I don't think that like standard American you know low fat high carb diet is really the way to address that. We suspect that the side effects of both COVID and the vaccine appear to relate to broad ranging systemic inflammation and also some loss of mitochondrial function and a ketogenic diet
