The Inflation of Words in Different Domains

I think we may also confuse people by comparison to the use of the elongated version. It seems like sometimes this inflation varies a lot from group to group. What will predict if a culture or a group of people will sort of inflate something fast than somebody else? There's inflating faster, but there's also just inflating on different words or in different domains.
