Atrial Myopathy - Is There a Need for CRT?

Dr. Wilcox: The basic message is that atrial myopathy patient is really difficult. But I always try to go after targets. If they've got an 80-notal ablation and CRT, are we CRT pacing them less? Being a little bit hesitant to over-diaries these patients, because it's more of that atrial function as opposed to just frank volume overload.
