Nuclear Threats Are Playing Out in a Public Fashion
Nuclear weapons have been used in anger only twice, in 19 forty five and 20 17. In the cold war, we saw numerous occasions in which american leaders thought about the use of nuclear weapons, but shied away. What we're seeing today is that nuclear threats are playing out in incredibly public fashion. Turn on russian state television.
