How Does Your Product Grow?

A lot of companies will start trying to move certain metrics without having a holistic or complete understanding of how the product actually grows and what healthy versus unhealthy growth looks like. A model is really just about answering that question, how does your product grow? And you can answer it either in a qualitative or a quantitative way. But I think more than half the value comes from just answering it in a qualitative way.
